2. Promotion Period

The Sweepstakes begins on the start date posted on the sweepstakes page at 12:00 AM Pacific Time and ends on or about the posted end date at 11:59 PM Pacific Time (the "Promotion Period").

Sponsor reserves the right to extend, shorten, or modify the Promotion Period at its sole discretion.

3. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.

Void in New York, Florida, Rhode Island, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, and where prohibited by law.

Employees, officers, and directors of BNDT LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Ineligible Jurisdictions

The Sweepstakes is void in the states of New York, Florida, and Rhode Island (the "Ineligible Jurisdictions"), and where prohibited by law. Residents of the Ineligible Jurisdictions may purchase products from Sponsor; however, such purchases will not be eligible to receive Sweepstakes entries. Sweepstakes entries originating from New York, Florida, or Rhode Island, including purchase entries, mail-in entries, or any other method of entry, will be deemed void and will not be included in the Sweepstakes drawing.

4. Agreement to Official Rules

By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

5. How to Enter

There are multiple ways to enter the Sweepstakes during the Promotion Period:

A. Online Purchase Entry

Entrants will receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry for every one dollar ($1) spent on eligible products purchased at www.bndtla.com, excluding taxes, shipping, and discounts.

Sponsor may offer limited-time promotions ("Bonus Entry Periods") where entries are multiplied (e.g., 2X, 5X, 10X, 20X, 50X, 100X, 500X entries).

Purchase Eligibility and Entry Allocation: Purchases made by individuals residing in New York, Florida, or Rhode Island are not eligible to receive Sweepstakes entries. Entries are awarded only to eligible Entrants residing in jurisdictions where the Sweepstakes is not void. Sponsor reserves the right to verify an Entrant's eligibility prior to awarding Sweepstakes entries.

B. Mail-In Entry (No Purchase Necessary)

To enter without making a purchase, hand-print your:

Each mail-in entry received will be worth fifty (50) Sweepstakes entries.

During any Bonus Entry Period, mail-in entries will receive the same entry multiplier offered for purchases during that Bonus Entry Period.

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by the end of the Promotion Period and received within five (5) days after the Promotion Period ends. All mail-in entries must be hand-written by the Entrant. Mechanically reproduced entries are not permitted and will be void.

Mail-In Entry Restrictions: Mail-in entries must be submitted by eligible participants residing outside of the Ineligible Jurisdictions. Mail-in entries submitted from New York, Florida, or Rhode Island will be deemed invalid and will not be included in the Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for misdirected, late, lost, illegible, or postage-due mail.

C. Email Signup Entry

Entrants may receive ten (10) entries for signing up for the BNDT email newsletter during the Promotion Period.

D. SMS Signup Entry

Entrants may receive twenty (20) entries for signing up for BNDT SMS marketing during the Promotion Period.

6. Bonus Entry Periods

During designated Bonus Entry Periods, entry multipliers may be offered on qualifying purchases and mail-in entries. Mail-in entries will receive the same entry multiplier as purchase entries during any Bonus Entry Period. Bonus Entry Periods will be announced by Sponsor via the Website, email, or social media.

7. Purchases, Returns, and Entry Revocation

All purchases made in connection with the Sweepstakes are final once Sweepstakes entries have been issued. Entries are awarded at the time of purchase and are considered used immediately for purposes of the Sweepstakes.

Except where required by law, products purchased in connection with Sweepstakes entries are not eligible for return, refund, or cancellation once entries have been issued.

If a product is received defective or damaged, Sponsor will provide a replacement or exchange of the same item in accordance with Sponsor's standard warranty policy. Defective items must be returned and inspected prior to replacement. Defective items are eligible for exchange only and are not eligible for refunds.

If any order associated with Sweepstakes entries is canceled, refunded, returned, disputed, or charged back, then all Sweepstakes entries associated with that order will be voided and removed, and the entrant may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes at Sponsor's discretion.

Entries are only valid for completed, fully paid, non-disputed transactions. Any transaction that is later reversed, refunded, or charged back for any reason will result in associated entries being voided.

Sponsor reserves the right to refuse refunds, cancel entries, and/or disqualify entrants who attempt to manipulate the Sweepstakes through returns, refunds, chargebacks, or fraudulent transactions.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

By entering the Sweepstakes via purchase, entrants agree not to initiate credit card chargebacks or payment disputes for the purpose of obtaining Sweepstakes entries without payment. If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated, all associated entries will be void and the entrant may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes and deemed ineligible for future promotions.

Order Cancellation

Orders that are canceled before shipment will have all associated Sweepstakes entries voided. Orders that have already been processed for Sweepstakes entries may not be canceled except at Sponsor's sole discretion.

8. Drawing and Winner Selection

The potential Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The potential winner will be notified by email and/or phone. If the potential winner does not respond within seventy-two (72) hours, an alternate winner may be selected.

9. Prize

There will be one (1) Grand Prize Winner.

The Grand Prize consists of:

• Rolex GMT-Master II Watch — Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $23,000.00 USD

Total Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $23,000.00 USD.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

10. Winner Requirements

The potential winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and Publicity Release within a specified time period. The winner will also be required to complete an IRS Form W-9. A Form 1099 may be issued for the value of the prize.

The winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize acceptance.

Winner Eligibility Verification: The potential winner may be required to provide proof of identity and proof of residency. Acceptable forms of proof of residency include a valid driver's license, state identification card, or utility bill. If a selected winner is found to be a resident of an Ineligible Jurisdiction, the selected winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected from the remaining eligible entries.

11. Publicity

By accepting a prize, the winner grants Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, city, and state for promotional purposes without further compensation unless prohibited by law.

12. Release and Limitations of Liability

By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless BNDT LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize.

13. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failure, or other factor beyond Sponsor's control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

Right to Modify, Suspend, or Terminate: Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes should any virus, bug, unauthorized human intervention, fraud, technical failure, or any other cause beyond Sponsor's control affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to extend or modify the Promotion Period if necessary.

14. Disputes

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising under this Sweepstakes will be resolved individually and exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California.
